Seekrug Am Obersee in Bielefeld

An absolute culinary delight We ordered from the Seekrug for the first time today and are absolutely thrilled. The delivery came to the point at the desired time. Yes, you read that right: you can select a time every quarter of an hour when the food should be delivered. Brilliant! The food was delivered extremely hot. The meat (fillet wrapped in bacon) was absolutely tender, the fried potatoes a poem. And the Ösi (Pickert sticks with raisins and vanilla sauce) was a dream. I would have loved to sit in there * laugh * Until the horror called Corona is over, we will definitely order more often and hopefully in summer at the latest we will be happy to try (almost) everything from the menu on site!

With AHA rules, there is currently no alcohol there. Hot drinks, very tasty waffles and East Westphalian delicacies in the outdoor catering. ec- or mobile phone payment is great, consumption currently only> 50m from the Seekrug.

Restaurant, beach bar, beach volleyball at Obersee. The restaurant is of a high standard. The beach bar is a stylish place to enjoy the time outdoors or to play volleyball. Prices are reasonable.

The surroundings are beautiful - it was. We had a Viennese and two cream schnitzel with french fries. Wienerschnitzel with a slice of lemon - meat was tough and dry. The cream sauce tasted bad at all and was cold. The meat is tough too. Sorry, but it really didn't taste good. Staff was friendly and kind.

The Seekrug in Bielefeld Here you can sit outside very comfortably. There are little things to eat, on the weekend a cake buffet with delicious and large pieces at a fair price, around 3.50 EUR. Drink prices are also ok Outside there is definitely something for everyone - everything is self-service: You have to get drinks and cakes from 2 different places - if you are after fries and currywurst, you can get it in another corner. At another stand there was crepe and pizza, unfortunately the pizza was warmed up and wasn't that tasty. But: I can highly recommend the cake. There is service in the Seekrug, but we hadn't been there yet. But even there it looks inviting. Right next to the Seekrug is another beer garden, a mini golf course and you can borrow Kettcars for 2 people here. There are 2 playgrounds in the immediate vicinity at the Seekrug, large and a paradise for the kids. You can go for a walk, jog or jog around the Seekrug. It becomes exhausting with the cyclists who also use the path. There is a lot of forest and paths around the Seekrug. Everything is very idyllic and easy to run. The "Düne 13" is right next to the Seekrug. Here it looks like you are lying on the beach, with deck chairs and seating. There are only drinks here, but with music in the background.

The food was good and the walk around the Obersee even better, I can only recommend it

I can only agree with the "Vorschreiber": We were there with a group of about 35 people + children on a birthday, for breakfast. Champagne reception, breakfast, coffee / cake, service - everything was great. Especially recommended: the Pickert station. Tasty for us Bielefelder and something else for the external relationship ;-). Be sure to try! In view of the great weather we were even in addition to the interior reserved two large tables outside. Excellent! The last guests left the Seekrug around 6 pm. Breakfast time slightly overdrawn, I would say. But if it's nice ...

We celebrated with more than 50 people a birthday on 19.05.19. The sparkling wine reception and the great breakfast has everything thrilled. Here you get quality and quantity for a fair price. We are very satisfied all around and come back later in a small group, many guests are thrilled with the atmosphere and the hospitality. The coffee and cake area we will find more loyal visitors. Keep it up, a very positive overall impression

A perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening with your family, especially if you happen to have young kids. There are playing areas, a lake with ducks and a whole lot of free space for kids to have fun. And when you are done with playing, head over to the eating corner which has a restaurant, an eatery and a couple of street food stands. Not forget that the place is also a favourite among joggers and runners given its long track, which is almost 3 km long. Well, enjoy your day out!
